These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including live pack openings, preorders, single card purchases, and buylist submissions. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Troll Aus Pty Ltd is a trading card retailer based in Australia, specialising in Pokémon and collectible card games. We provide products and services online, in-store, and through live streaming platforms.

By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without obligation to disclose the reasons.

When you place an order with Troll Aus, you are making an offer to purchase products or services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cancelling suspected bot orders, errors in pricing or stock availability, or issues relating to customer conduct. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Preorder items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. Estimated release dates are provided based on information from suppliers and are subject to change. Troll Aus is not responsible for delays outside of our control. Should we be unable to fulfil your preorder for any reason, you will be offered a full refund.

By purchasing packs for live breaks through our website, you agree that your packs will be opened live during a streamed event. Once a pack has been opened, the sale is considered final. Troll Aus does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges based on the results of live pack openings.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices listed on our website. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Sales, discount codes, and loyalty reward programs (such as Troll Tokens) are subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of issue. We are not obligated to honor incorrect pricing arising from human, technical, or system errors.

Troll Aus dispatches online orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time on these days will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, Troll Aus is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing times, or loss or damage caused during transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order leaves our premises.

For all preorder items, we aim to dispatch your order the day prior to the official release date, provided that stock has been received and prepared. In the event of supplier delays, customers will be notified, and preorders will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Live Break orders are processed and shipped separately from our standard online orders. Live Breaks are conducted from our Melbourne location and are shipped every Tuesday. When purchasing a Live Break, customers can select from three options at checkout:

• Shipping: Your Live Break hits will be shipped to your nominated address on the following Tuesday.

• Consolidate Order: If you select consolidate order, your Live Break hits will be held until you complete a future purchase with paid shipping. Shipping must be selected and paid for in your next order to release your consolidated items.

• Local Pickup: If you select local pickup, your Live Break hits will be transferred to our Adelaide store and will be available for collection the following week. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup.

Troll Aus offers a buylist service that allows customers to sell cards directly to us. All buylist submissions are subject to manual review and acceptance by Troll Aus.

Once your buylist submission has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification confirming acceptance, along with the store credit or cash offer applicable. Store credit or cash payments will only be applied once the physical cards have been received and inspected by Troll Aus, either by dropping them off in-store or by mailing them to us.

It is the responsibility of the seller to cover any postage expenses when sending cards to Troll Aus. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.

At Troll Aus, we focus on offering high-quality cards to our customers. As such, we only purchase cards in Near Mint condition. If any cards submitted do not meet this standard upon inspection, they may be declined or revalued. Should you wish to have any declined cards returned, the return postage cost will be deducted from the total store credit or cash amount payable.

By submitting a buylist order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

All sales at Troll Aus are considered final unless otherwise stated. In the rare event that you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please refer to our Refund Policy [link] for instructions on how to resolve the issue. Requests for assistance must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and videos, is owned by Troll Aus or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any material without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troll Aus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Troll Aus reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
